2. Removal of Content

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that the content removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice was not infringing, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, Celebzapp may restore the removed content, unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain such use.
4. Repeat Infringers
Celebzapp reserves the right to block, suspend, or terminate access of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
